Philanthropic Legal Group was started by attorneys with decades of collective experience working with nonprofit organizations and foundations. We noticed a gap in the sector: donors, foundations and nonprofits alike lacked sophisticated legal counsel regarding philanthropic gifts. Philanthropic Legal Group (PLG) was born from that need. Today, PLG is a boutique law firm that provides a range of services related to philanthropic giving, from handling program-related investments to advocating for philanthropists when making major gifts to charitable institutions.
